Sonya graduated from Aveda Institute of Corpus Christi and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2017, She has been growing her clientele since and also assists in many photo shoots.

Light Salon and Studio is currently a Booth Rental salon with 6 salon chairs. There are currently 6 occupied chairs and the Aleman's hope to grow and be the "Light" in their city to help others see their own  beauty and capture life long memories.
